Returns

Because many items are handmade and small-batch, returns are accepted only for unopened, unused products in their original condition, within 14 days of delivery, unless a different period is required by applicable law.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can make it right.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable except where required by law.

How to request a return

Email manager@raquelaguilar-psico.com with your name, order details, and the reason for the return.
